Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged a flat rate shipping fee at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated automatically before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship orders using reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and would like to place an order, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Horizon Hat Co. is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once a new shipping fee is paid.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us right away. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
